Let your mobile teach you a new language

Friday, October 12th, 2007

Pocketschool logoThis week Mobile Monday attendees ‘PocketSchool’ launched a new service that teaches foreign languages using a mobile phone. PocketSchool works by sending daily audio messages to your mobile and is targeted at people who would like to learn a new language before travelling but may not have the time to attend classroom courses or regularly listen to a CD.

PocketSchool was founded by Michael Drysdale and Andrew Sinclair - who developed the product locally with the aim of teaching English to non-English speaking countries.

Visit www.pocketschool.com.au for more info - and a free demonstration. Good on you guys !

What can potential mobile innovators do to get started ?”
